I had an interview with a director at EY through internal referral. Overall interview went on for 1.5 hrs although was scheduled for 45 mins. He gave me a case study and we worked together on it. He gave me his WhatsApp number and told to send him queries regarding the job role.

I have previously switched companies frequently. And that is the first set of questions that he asked from CV before the case study. I did my best but unsure whether this will be detrimental.

I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.

Another thing is, I have started to dislike my current tech and no more interested in it.
What are my options here ?
Is project release possible ?
or I have to put down papers ?

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.

Also what do you think of this behavior by GPM?
