I recently cleared all four sections of the US CPA exam. I also have 1 year and 11 months of experience in US Federal tax, primarily working on Forms 1120, 1120S, and 1065.
I am currently exploring opportunities in the US Tax domain. If anyone is aware of relevant openings or is willing to refer me, I would be truly grateful.
Also, if you have any advice or guidance regarding the job search or interview process, I'd really appreciate your insights.

I’m really discouraged. My after tax / after 401k contributions etc. take home pay is $6,500 monthly. I have $60,000 in savings / stocks for a down payment but even looking at a $550,000 home, my monthly payment would be about $3,400 from the calculators I’ve been using. Is that too high?

So discouraged that houses where I live are about 50% higher than what they were 2 years ago, and now interest rates are around 5.25% for my credit score. This is like a 1750 sq foot home

Soon to be making 85k in LA, looking to move to a new apartment. What would you think is reasonable to spend on a 1 bedroom (not studio)?

I have significant equity in a property (300k+) and maybe another 200k across other properties. I have a decent amount of money in cash and already 200k or so in stocks. Would you consider pulling money through cash out refi and using it? I get nervous for stocks being so high. I have a few properties in pipeline already. How would you suggest using it (if at all).
