The thought of Attorneys talking down on Paralegals is sickening.

I have resigned from my current organisation and have asked for an early relieving. I have offered to buyout the remaining of the notice period but my manager is not agreeing citing reasons as procedure of the company. My offer letter with this company states that I can leave early in lieu of payment of the notice period on mutual agreement. My manager is simply not agreeing as he is angry that I’m leaving. Can someone help me understand that legality of his adamance?

7+ YOE - 3 in tech support role (after BE) and 4+ in BA & PM role (after MBA). Worked on RPA and process improvement projects for 2 yrs. Currently working on internal tool implementation projects - PMO, UAT, change strategy, etc.

Is it worth to move to a Value Engineering and GTM role in a product based company from Deals Strategy and Value creation role in a Big 4? In the last one year, I only learnt Power Bi and Alteryx but no functional or domain knowledge. Offshore setup doesn't allow us to get full idea about what's happening in the front end.
