Hello everyone, I'm currently pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics and am a fresher eager to launch my career in business analysis, or BI/SQL developer. However, I don't have an IT background and my resume hasn't been successful in securing interviews. I'm seeking guidance on how to kick-start my career in this field, including the expected starting salary and strategies to improve my resume and land interviews.
