I’m currently with Infosys and have completed 15 months here, though I have 8+ years of overall IT experience.
I understand that interview panel eligibility typically starts after 18 months. Is there any way to become eligible earlier based on prior experience, or to participate as a shadow interviewer before reaching the 18-month mark?
Also, what would be the best way to approach my manager regarding this?
I’d appreciate any advice or experiences.

Is US accepting new L1A applications??

A question from a youngster. Is working at a big big company with slightly low pay better or working at a much smaller company with higher pay better?

In the future, after a few years, let’s say I’m at a small company and want to switch to big big company, will the “small names” hurt my chance to get into the big doors?

I mean big big company is like 10x bigger than the small one if this was a factor. Assume everything else the same, WLB, commute, teams, etc.

I'm not good at my tech stack. I've somehow managed to perform all my tasks without any escalation/blunders but that also by some help/googling.
I also managed to switch from an Indian mnc to a reputed company and now also somehow cleared a FAANG interview,but i know I'm not much knowledgeable in my tech .

I often fail at some interviews badly.
Not sure till when I'll be able to carry forward by this and the hard wlb at FAANG companies is giving me a fear.
