Is there any significance of swipe in and out hours in the timesheet when filling in efforts? For the days I went to the office, attendance was captured, but for others, I only submitted my effort hours as 9.5. Does this play an important role in determining the number of days worked for salary processing, or would it result in something like a Loss of Pay (LOP) being considered , if that section is blank?

Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. I have cleared interview with Wipro and while uploading the documents i uploade document but they mentioned LOA & education certificate are incorrect so i re-uploaded them but again they mentioned LOA is incorrect.. so i connected with the person who sent me the link to upload the doc but no help from her.. i tried to open the link today (17th March) evening but the link was not opening... what will be the next step.. how can i upload it again..
