To start everything. I'm not happy about my manager. She probably breaks all the protocols of the company, from using the company's money for her personal interests she would label it on expense as "donation" and as much I would remind her the things that needed to be done she always forget about it as if it is not important. It frustrates me a lot to the point of crying.looking for a new jobs asap

1040 help.. if I own two homes and loan amounts add up to over 750k, and mortgage interest deduction is limited, can I choose to report only one mortgage (and ignore the other 1098)? Using turbo tax but numbers are not making sense to me.. we bought a new home near end of 2021

Once you get into a FAANG company, is it better to stay where you are or move around? I’m a dissatisfied with my current job but I have vesting stocks, work 9-5, and people to know and respect me. I am the sole provider for my family and value quality of life and stability. I have some interview requests from other FAANG companies that I know pay more but I worry about starting over. Anyone switch companies and either regret it or are glad they did?

I’m up for a promotion at work and I have no idea how much to ask for since it’s not a standard position. Currently I’m a team lead and manage about 8 technicians, my promotion will be to a regional service delivery manager, and I will be managing over 30 in 3 locations. I went from a tier 1 engineer in managed servers to team lead with about a 10k increase in salary.I’m thinking about a 15k increase this time from 65k to 80k. I was wondering about how much time in general i might spend searching for a job there, and is the french/europeane experience is taken into consideration in canada?

Are people with criminal records allowed at any corporations? I don't have one, I'm just wondering what level of misconduct is allowed on a background check for a large company to still consider them?
