During the pandemic I dove into my self care (found a therapist, learned I was having seizures and got on meds for that). My journey has been difficult and not pretty to watch. I just started my professional journey this October so I really wanted to know what level of frankness I should have with my co workers like can I count them as my friends, how should I behave with them?
I've told by many people that don't get much frank with co workers.

I joined @MINDTREE in Jan 2022. Suddenly there is a 10k deduction in salary in the month of April. The salary slip say 10k deduction as INCOME TAX. Mindtree says "You come under 20% slab according to the income tax calculations. When all the tax slabs are applied you will have to pay yearly tax around Rs. X amount. So that amount will be deducted in monthly basis." Why sudden income tax deduction? Why was that not deducted in the month of Jan Feb March ? How can i recover that 10k every month?
