I’m a junior in big law and in the short time I’ve been here, I’ve noticed that counsels produce perfect drafts and yet aren’t partners but partners can’t write two sentences without numerous typos. Shouldn’t counsels be partners and partners counsels instead?

1. Tigerhall - 45LPA
2. Zupee - 42LPA
Which one I should choose?
In Tigerhall, I will get a lot of free time as the work is same as what I have done so far in my career therefore, I can focus on more things now.
In Zupee, I will get to learn new skill which might be good for my career.
Also, comparatively in hand salary of Tigerhall is higher than Zupee (it will less tax deduction as it's a Singapore based company)

Need suggestions. I have offer from multiple companies. Need to decide based on Good Technology, Work Life balance and Yearly hikes. And If FIS/BOA/HCL will negotiate based on Toppans offer?

FIS - 12.5 LPA
BOA - 11.5 LPA
Toppan - 14.5 LPA
HCL - 10 LPA

I am already holding an offer letter with one company. Can I ask for 40% hike on it to another company who wants me to join them?

Is it a decent ask? Or will they increase just 50k-1L to make their offer a bit better than what I have? Please suggest.
