KPMG has only mentioned the fixed part of salary in the offer letter. Somehow the recruiter said the % variable part wouldn’t be mentioned in it. While on call she said the variable can go upto as high as 20% of fixed but usually above 10% for an average rating. So would it be right for me to say the CTC is Fixed + 20% fixed without being explicitly said in the offer letter?

HR told me that all the documents are fine and forwarding my profile further. But still experience letter/relieving letter section showing Pending for verification. Hi All, I attended interview for Capgemini.After technical round I recieved a mail from their Hr team asking for documents like payslip , last year form 16 , certificates and id proof. I was surprised as I didn't receive any call from their Hr team mentioning I got selected and no salary discussion took place . Finally after contacting them they informed this is the usual process and they will send offer letter only after sharing these information. Can anyone confirm if this is legit their hiring process?
