Anyone else watched Shtisel?! Sooo funny.
This may not be the best forum for it but thought I’d give it a try!
Selling 2 tickets to SIX, the musical for Wed, 05/25 at 7:30 pm. Great seats in Row C of Dress Circle Center. Had to go out of town for work and can’t make the show.
Originally paid $116 each (including taxes and fees). Willing to sell both for $200 or the best offer.

Nick & Sam’s no contest. Because presentation, selection, vibes, concierge and customer service. It is the definition of fine dining.
Boulevardier - Nice Oyster Bar/French Cuisine, Uchi - Sushi, Shoyo - Sushi/Omakase
Another vote for Uchi
Drakes has a cool vibe and good food
Underrated choice here. Food is excellent.
My wife loved Petra and the Beast. She considered it better than the 3 Michelin Starred Alinea in Chicago. Tasting reservations fill up quickly.
Past that, I dont do much "fine dining".
Pro
Uchi and Nick and Sams
Bob’s Steak & Chop House. Haven’t tried the one downtown, just the one on Lemmon

Avoid downtown. The service I've had isn't great, my guess is due to it being right next to the convention center.
Jeng Chi - ridiculously great Chinese food with soup dumplings 🥟 nuff said
Y’all should really try windmills in colony, I love the vibe and food there
Pro
Decent food, beautiful grand piano, but cold food. Go to Yellow Chili if you want Indian tho.
Meridian has my vote. The space is gorgeous and I like that the dishes are inspired by what the chef had growing up in Brazil. It’s seasonal and well executed.
We went to Shoyo for dinner last night and it was the best experience I’ve had in Dallas in such a long time. There are only 13 seats so it is very intimate. The pacing and service was spot on. Food was playful and had a good variety for omakase. It was pricey but I’d definitely go back.

Lol - completely missed “fine.” Contrast among comments makes much more sense now.
I’ve heard fantastic things about Carte Blanche, pricey tasting menu but heard it’s great and just got it’s 3rd star
@D1- just read his review and now I’ve taken this place off of my list 😂
