I have 2.7 YOE in HIL and system Validation at tier 1 automotive OEM

I have hands-on expertise in AUTOSAR-based ECU testing, HIL validation, CAN/CAN FD, Ethernet, UDS, DOIP, CAPL scripting, Python automation, and Vector CANoe. I have also developed automation tools that reduced manual testing effort and improved execution efficiency.

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?
