Current CTC - 24.5

I am getting promoted to AVP and I have two choices in job profile that I can opt:-

1. FP&A Sr. analyst - expense & HC management (Salary bracket 26-40lpa)

2. HR compensation & benefits Sr. Analyst - (salary bracket 33-45lpa)

The maximum hike is 35% in both the scenarios that would be provided with this promotion, pls advise y?

Is it ok to work for 5.5L annual package with 3 years of ITSM experience.

Why does it seem most people always want to switch to something else, e.g another group, another client, another company? Is anyone satisfied with the status quo?

I feel stuck as a Strategy Manager and want to make a career pivot at 35. But have no idea what i should do? Any suggestions, resources or books that I should read to help with my existential mid thirties crisis? I have experience in technology consulting, corporate strategy, freelance consulting and law.
