After the new overall market pay increase, a lot of younger fishes (<3- 5yoe) don't really know what a good offer is anymore and honestly ask if 25lpa is "good" enough. The reason they ask is because they honestly DON'T KNOW. They haven't been around the industry or earning many years to know the value of a great increment.

75% of the comments are trolls trying to put the person down. If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything and move on in life.

Hi folks. I am paying for the EY health insurance policy covering me and my parents. I also have an individual health policy for me. However, the premium amount above 25k (the additional 50k eligible for senior citizens) is not being considered for tax deduction by the company. Shouldn't the total eligibility be 25k + 50k?

Any inputs about this would be quite helpful.
