Accolite(20 lakh ctc),Impetus technology(20.7 lakh ctc), Deloitte(18 lakh ctc) , Takeda pharmaceutical (23 lakh ctc) and Altimetrik(21 lakh ctc).
i am confused to pick a good company in this switch. could anyone help with your inputs.

VC associate offer evaluation:
210k base
30% bonus
20k signing bonus
1.5 million carry dollars at work (400m final close with 250k for every 50m increase up to 500m fund max) with 7 year vesting period (ouch)
Completely remote with encouragement for juniors to travel and build relationships around the country.

Just wanted to get a feel for whether or not this is a good offer as I don’t know many people in the industry.
