Thinking about seeing a few clients and starting private practice, what is the most affordable online website for paperwork and storage when seeing less than 10 clients a week?

How do real estate lenders take cash flow into consideration? I’m a UX designer with 2 YOE in a design agency currently at 12.5LPA. I’ve recently landed an offer at a startup for 16.5 LPA + 2L esops with 2yr cliff period for a senior UX design role. I want to know if it’s worth to make the switch or wait some more?
