Currently i am serving notice period, and I have a central bid management role offer from Hexaware (18.5 LPA) and an HCL Tech offer in the pipeline for Healthcare presales, both based out of Bengaluru.

I am not expecting a great increase in the offer from HCL compared to Hexaware, so the CTC offered will be on similar lines.

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.
