Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. I have a job offer from Meta and awaiting my H1B transfer approval notice. I have never received an H1B visa stamp before. I want to work from India (& get H1 stamped with Meta based on offer letter+approval notice) during my notice period, followed by 2 weeks of unemployment, and start my new job at Meta once I return to the US.

Mental Health, inherited or choice? I am finding myself struggling with processing that ADD, Depression, or Bipolar is a chemical imbalance in the brain vs. behavioral therapy. The best analogy given to me is you would treat diabetics with insulin so why not consider prescriptions to help mental health. 2020 has thrown more at me than I’m able to handle. Has anyone here noticed a significant improvement after a prescription to help psych issues?
