Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?

Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)

How's the resource management here?

Your Manager will disclose it to you toward the end if September. On open PD it will reflect by October mid
The hikes will be effective 1-Oct but you will get to know of your new compensation when the letters are received. This year the letters will get released in the third week of Oct.
Your final ratings after calibration will be visible in OpenPD to your manager by 1-Oct. It depends on your manager when to release it to your along with a detailed documented feedback.
