Since oct 2022, my Profile shows in progress, I have been interviewed and cleared the rounds, My pre Bgc has been completed. Still HR says that they will release the offer letter in Jan 2023.

Does this take that much of time? I hold 14+ yrs exp. What is the Avg sal at TCS for that kind of experience with rare technology platform.

How long does LTI take to roll out offer? Interviews done by March 20, HR asked for documents which was shared by March 30..

I was promised that my salary will increase and as far as I know Partner has conveyed this request to the HR, but I still have not got any updates , so is it possible that , HR can deny the request, or they ar bound to do so ?. Who decides our CTC and increment ?

Working on a deal where buyer's side keeps on insisting on a POA to effectuate all actions of Seller under the agreement, including executing documents. Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
Note: I do have good relationship with X company.
