How to clear the $200k mark? I’m currently a senior manager in product/ analytics/ growth at an old school F50. 29M, TC is about $185k ($140 base, $45 bonus/RSU). I’m on track to make director in ~2 years with ~250k TC but I’m bored and I want out to a more modern/ tech company. I’m struggling to find roles that match my current/ prospective comp… I’ve looked at sr. product roles and SM/ director analytics roles. Advice on where to look and what title? Will my age/ YOE hold me back? Thanks!
