Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. I got an offer from Luxoft(DXC Technology) and EY GDS for Senior Test Engineer position. CTC are same in both organization. EY GDSprovides yearly performance bonus but Luxoft doesn't give.
As Luxoft has good opportunities in terms of onsite and variety of projects where EY I am not sure about it.
Please suggest where I can join from both these companies.
