I will be joining JP Morgan Chase & Co. Next week. I have been told that JPMC will not provide laptop and I will have to use my personal laptop which is quite old!
Is there any provision for laptop Reimbursement if I buy a new one.JPMorgan Chase

It’s hard to trust the partners/leadership when they want us to return to office as being better when we increase offshoring? Also, the pressure on billable hours when all that really matters is how much our fixed labor costs vs. how much we can bill (which is usually fixed fee or at least a range) and the fixed labor costs of offshoring is significantly cheaper so the hours don’t matter. Am I mistaken by this viewpoint?

As I have heard that they ask their employees to connect to VDI from personal laptop and continue the work from that VDI.
My personal exp is not good while working through VDI as it is far slow.
Please comment, if anyone have got laptop, headphone, mouse etc to continue with their work in JPMC or have heard about it in your circle..
