Can I send a mail to other 2 companies by EOD saying I won't be joining them once the offer letter of the 3rd company received ? My joining date in all 3 company is 31st Jan..

Can you advice some good reason that I can state in the mail to other 2 companies which I won't be joining.

Why does Capgemini schedules interviews and no one joins.. This happened with me twice last week.. HR doesn’t respond either

The last working date on my previous employer experience letter is wrong. It's just a one day difference. Now during background verification employer is asking to contact previous employer to correct the date.
In worst case scenario if previous employer doesn't respond, will this cause my offer letter to be revoked?

Joined this platform yesterday. The first thing I observed was that almost everyone here has super high salary packages, the minimum that I saw was 40LPA.
