I am being considered for Dev Manager L6.

I understand L6 also has Lead Engineer Position.

Will there be conflicts between Tech Stream and Management Stream ? Generally who has more authority ?
I have just got 35% hike on Fixed, resulting to 36 LPA (42 Inc All ) This is my first offer
What is general exp on Negotiating by bringing other offers ?
