I am currently in Digital Marketing domain, But i am getting one good offer in Sales domain- Be it package wise be it position wise, But I am confused what should I do.

I am unable to come to a conclusion about which career path I should take.
Current Package - 10LPA, Sales package being offered is 16LPA + Incentives ( Its a team management role )

What should I do please guide? or on what criteria I should decide.

Does internal transfer happen in EY GDS service line? I am in International Tax and not liking it here just within a couple of months of joining.
