I am so deeply unhappy and anxious about my job. I switched firms within the last year and it’s somehow worse here. I want to change careers and I’m looking for a therapist asap but in the meantime, I can’t stop emotionally dumping on my boyfriend, best friend and parents (who I’m very close with).
