I am not getting any response on my posts..I'm feeling depressed due to my bad luck. I have only 1 month noticeperiod left & had only 1 offer in hand with 40CTC. Right now my current salary is too low which is 27LPA with 14 yrs of exp and working as Data scientist. I am getting very few interview calls. Not able to decide whether to join that 40CTC or need to withdraw my resignation. The problem with current offer is job in another location with 3mnts wfh option.

Currently going through some negations on an internal role. I’m currently at 88k and they offered me 100k for a position that requires a lot more work. Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench.
