Discussing salary today for an Equity Derivatives Trader Assistant role at Analyst level at JP (have been working in another analyst role for 1 year as well as an industrial placement at GS). What is the salary I should be asking for please?

Sixth year lit associate looking to lateral in LA. I followed a partner to my current firm when my old firms LA office dissolved, but it is not a good fit. Anyone know of big law firms here that are hiring mid/senior level associates?

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

Question is - whenever I compare Coforge with any other people say avoid Coforge.. Why????

Asking for an increase this June to take me to $100,000 in some combination of salary and/or stock options. Got laid off in tech corp dev making 250-300 all in. Have an offer to join a fairly new family office investment team in PE buyouts but will be a fairly significant cash pay cut vs what I was making in tech corp dev. I am currently finishing off my bachelors degree in Finance whilst working. I have decided to go back to study during covid. I do have 12 years experience in banking roles/credit assessment and more.
