I got the first offer letter on 1 Aug with bangalore location which I didn't accepted. Later on 5 Aug HR took back the offer letter and applied for location change. On 26 Aug I received new offer letter with mumbai location. The process is hectic multiple calls on helpdesk, mailed HR/other two mail ids in offer letter. Some days she picked up call and one common statement we are working on location change. Now the current situation again BGV is started as location is changed.

How long of a commute would you consider to be too long? First year associate trying to balance convenience with living more frugally to save up some more money.

While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..
