But does anybody have an idea about their salary for a 3+ yoe candidate? And do they have wfh? TIA

I am excited about working for brand development agencies, but I keep reading that in my late 40s, advertising might not be the most welcoming scenario. HR confirmed it though that there would be a separate communication regarding the same. I have 7.5 YOE and joining as Senior consultant QA. How much stocks value can i expect to get?
