Hi, I'm getting lot of interview calls for SAP SD Consultant but they want someone experienced 2 to 3 years of experience, 1 or 2 implementation done, support or rollout etc, Relevant experience of sap is zero I have, for BFSI industry is 3+ years I've, so what would u suggest??I'm not getting any work, 5 months gap already now in doing SAP course, hana certifications etc,any fresher in SAP, how u made it in SAP? I'll start working anywhere now, in SAP I'm not getting anything, tired

I feel like every company lies about “working your way up.” You’re never allowed to blatantly say that you don’t like your position and you’d like to transition to HR or Finance. It’s almost as if once you get in claims, you’re stuck.

If you’re a manager and you see an employee that wants to branch out into a different department, why would you keep them boxed in for 2+ years?

What should I do in a scenario where I was hired (12+ years) with far less salary than(~20% less) than other members (4+ experience) in team and asked to take 80% of team's responsibilities. I have to admit that I wasn't terribly impressed by the virtual Co-Lo for Digital. The exception to that, though, was David's insightful comment that leadership knows and expects that many of us are struggling to come back from the pandemic, and it's okay to ask for help and or take a leave. Digital culture, and how we are real and take care of each other, is just AMAZING. That speech alone made me so proud to be here and turned around a lot of my negative thoughts.

Anyone else feel that P&T and Labs has largely become a stagnant group? What has kept you around?
