Need some advice, I recently accepted an Accenture offer letter through Workday portal and I received a call from the Accenture BGV team so completed the background verification document upload as asked. I resigned from my current organization . So how much time will it take to get a final confirmation joining mail like do we get any mail as in offer letter there is a tentative joining date mentioned.

I am the only developer in my team and my manager has assigned me a project in which I need to create a tool from scratch although that is currently running in production build by third party and we don't have access to that code.

I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10.
