Capgemini generated onboarding mail 70 days prior to joining asking to complete the ‘New Employee Wizard’ .
Why so early and till when can I fill it?

Can I fill it later close to joining date as I need some more time and If I fill will my UAN be created as I am constantly getting emails from HR.

Please provide me honest opinions and answers please.
