I have completed with my interview by 17th December 2025 and again I got call on January 27 2026 now, it's been almost a month I have got no response from GOC Hiring Team. I have uploaded my previous company salary slips everything still. I have not received any response yet.

Any idea how long will it take for offer letter or has anyone faced this issue??;!!

I am finishing up a project and I’m trying to document what I’ve done for my resume. What are some good metrics for someone who mainly created user stories, created dashboards, interacted with the client and developed statistical models? Misled on Maternity Leave Policy. I found out I only get 4 weeks pay for maternity leave (STD +“sick days”). I will take 12 weeks but wont get paid for 8 weeks. I work for a US, west coast based company in the tech/VC industry. Their website claims to offer “paid parental leave and other progressive benefits for parents”. I didn’t find out until after I was hired their pay was only 8 weeks but since I have been at the company less than 12 months, I don’t qualify for their policy. Is this unfair?
