I have updated my naukri profile with last date as 30 June just to see if I am getting more calls or not.
I do not have any offer and I hv not resigned yet.
Just wanted to chk recruiters mindset or naukri algorithm if my profile is at top or not.
Reality is, I m hardly getting any calls, it's been more than a week, I hv updated this but only 1 call I hv received.
What could be the reason for not getting multiple calls (3-4 calls at least)

I’m in discussions to become the GC of a mid size but international company that does ~$1 billion in annual revenue. Smallish legal department. They’ve asked for my comp expectations. I don’t have specific expectations but I want to be compensated at least market for a NYC based GC (which looks like cash comp of at least $300k plus bonus, etc). Any suggestions on how people would respond?
