I have an offer from IBM Bangalore with 13 LPA fixed, Y.O.E is 3 years. The role that I'm being offered is of a Data Engineer (Big Data).

Currently, I am working in Consulting Industry on a Techno-Functional role in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.

Just wanted to get some thoughts, should I consider this offer or not?

What I mean is got accepted for a position as a senior associate but if all firms are desperate for staff should I have applied for experienced senior associate? I have two years of experience of public accounting and two years outside practice.
