I just cleared all rounds with Acko General Insurance for the position of Product Designer.
They asked for salary slip and offer letter to decide on the numbers. But my current pay scale isn't as per the industry standards and they are asking me to move to bangalore. If they give me a hike based on my current salary it would be next to impossible to move to bangalore. How do I put forward my points to them to try and convince them to pay me as per industry standards?

ADP is stable company and good work life balance whereas Hitachi is just setting up its product base in India recently from US. Would it be wise to accept Hitachi for this CTC margin.
