Hello all. My company just went through an acquisition and the company did some restructuring of job titles. When they did this we were all advised the company would be making sure our jobs pay aligned with the national average.
My issue with this is my job title went from a Technical Support Supervisor to a Customer Success Team Lead. I have voiced my concerns with management but have been advised job titles are semantics. In my eyes this is a demotion, and will affect how much my job is worth.

I’m in-house at a small company (60 people), started right out of law school about 5 years ago. We had a legal team of 5 then. Everyone has left and we just hired a new GC. I went from $70k to $100k a little over a year ago. I am expecting an offer from a firm doing business law work but think this might be an opportunity to go to my current employer and ask for a significant raise, with new offer in hand. My wife is in sales at Mercedes and she has been averaging $200k a year and growing YoY. She loves her job, however she works long days and barely gets time off. Hello All, I have head a lot on data science and data analyst there is a big hype on it. Is there so much value for it in the near future I am confused should I do courses releated to it

Accenture CN peeps, my manager has not been able to staff me to a project for 2 weeks now after my release from one of the projects where the role as as good as content manager’s. I had voluntarily asked for my roll off as the role was just to upload come content on various platforms. They tried allocating me to some internal project but I asked them to staff me on a client facing project.

I want to know what is the impact of all this on your performance or relationship with manager etc.?

I have offers from Accenture Strategy CN (26 lpa+ variable as Consultant) and PWC (24.5 lpa+ Variable as Manager).
Please suggest which one should go for.

Waiting for counter offer from A, already negotiated salary with B based on expected offer from A .
In talks with C based on salary negotiated with B.

B didn't release offer as I am waiting on A, No offer to give to C for salary negotiation... ,😑
