Hello guys, is there anyone from Photon here ? I got a conditional offer letter from them. After the client interview they will onboard me. The Glassdoor reviews are horrible. I am scared. Also they force you to apply Loss of Pay if you fail to complete 8 hours. Even if you accept the offer and don't join they ask for 10% if the offer from candidates. If you leave the company within the first 6 months they take 3 months gross salary... What kind of company is this ?
