Did you join as a Product/UX UI designer and were told that they do UX design research, but later came to know that they just focus on UI part only?

Is it just me or are there entirely too many people in Business Services, specifically TC’s, who are just folks from client service that don’t want to deal with hours and travel anymore but have no formal training in the Business Services function they transition to? It seems to me very few TC’s are professionals in HR with any background, training or certifications in HR.

We have a vaccine proof or (-) test policy for our office, we are mostly still remote. Is anyone dropping those requirements as our provincial governments also drop vac certificate regulations and other protections?
