SAP labs - 29.04fixed + 3.96vpp + 1.5sign on bonus.

BSH home appliances - 31.17 fixed + 3.4vpp

Can you suggest which offer looks better and I am not sure about the yearly growth also. work wise the role mostly same, it's kind of senior developer.

If I negotiate will sap match the other offer?

What advisory positions in big four best translates from audit? I am interested in advisory but want to make sure I am capable of doing the position. Any advice on position that best translates from audit experience?
