Honestly, getting in is the hard part. Once you are there, you will be just fine. It's a pretty liberal environment for the most part and you will find people who are neurodivergent-affirming.

So you reckon you can disclose your ADHD in the application and during your time there with no issue (from the school’s side)?
You should be fine. Just find your own ways to cope with it. Plan and set alarms. Good luck!
I have not gone to Harvard but one of my close friends did and she also had ADHD. She struggled a litle bit and said she had to spend a lot of time studying, moreso than others in her class. But she was a top performer even so.
