Are you looking for advice how to present your CV?
If so, I’d loose the industry stuff and the functional bullets . It’s a waste and doesn’t help me synthesize where you belong.
Your CV should be clear and concise and someone should be able to clearly understand what type of CM experience you have and if that’s what they are looking for.
I can’t say this CV does that within 30 sec.
My first impression is this is designed to showcase transferrable skills because it says 10 years in PMO with 5 in CM. I'd suggest beefing up your experience with an outcome focus.
The industry callouts seem like fillers/ don't have a common direction so integrate them in the description and as the comment above states try to showcase a common theme/ progression in similar areas/specialties. Good first start, it seems like you have experience with ERP, comms, training, strategy, team leadership, etc. Consider which work you enjoyed most/are strongest at to help give direction.
I'd agree the functional section isn't necessary/also comes across as disjointed. Consider a summary of technical tool belts or certifications in other categories e.g., Salesforce certs, CM certs, etc.
OP, I'd suggest to improve your CV
Focus on impact.
Also, unless your a super designer who's applying for a design position, I'd feel that weird formats (like yours) are totally unnecessary and even risky (of leaving a first suboptimal impression)
