I have 8 yrs of experience and I have offer from pwc - 27.5 fixed and 25% variable and 1LJB. And my joining is day after tomorrow monday. But today I given interview with publicis sapient and they completed two rounds in same day (today) one is technical for 1 hr and second is culture round and selected and hr is asking for docs. And they are saying they can release offer by tmrw. I was initially got a mindset to join pwc but today because of this interview again dilema. Any advise?

Could someone please provide inputs on below 2 orgs have offer from both of them.

Tech stack- java , microservice developer YOE- 7 years

CBRE - 26fixed +2 rrb + 2 JB(after providing 31.5 ctc counter offer , 28 fixed 2.8 variable)
UST global - 31 fixed + 1.5 variable + 2 JB

Can anyone from @CBRE suggest what is the package they're providing , i think i am being lowballed by the HR CBRE UST Global.

6.5 ctc + 1lakh first anniversary bonus.

2) Fractal analytics:- Role(Imagineer :- on trainingit would depend on what technology you'll work in data science) 7.5 ctc + 3 lakh joining bonus.

Hello I have got an offer in publicis sapient as Manager Automation Testing. Can sone tell me about projects for QA and growth oppurtunities here.

Or
Sapient 8.5lpa

Sapient mentioned that if I give confirmation of joining they will increase to 9.5lpa before joining in offer.

Hey Guys. Regarding the forced layoffs in PS. It’s high time we unite and hit them back. I’ll request all people who’ll receive the video connect email from PS to do one important thing. Use a a pen camera or a hidden camera(small) in your pocket before attending the call and record the call and events. These peoples should not be spared. Try to get some evidence and let’s expose to public media and other legal teams. You can do this anonymously thereby saving others from this crap.
