Hello! I have a query regarding H1B-related documents. I am joining a US university as a research scientist. I have defended my thesis but haven't received the official degree from my Indian university, only a provisional certificate. Can I submit the provisional certificate to show my PhD? I don't have my BSc and MSc transcripts, only official mark sheets. Can I use these? My H1B application will be exempt from the H-1B cap.
