I see job postings from FedEx for the FSD Advisor role, which require over 9 years of experience.

Can I reach out to HR to see if they can offer me the FSD Advisor role?

Before doing so, I would like to understand whether they offer the Advisor role to candidates with between 9-10 years of experience.
