I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

Try to get offers from other orgs. Epam is becoming worse in terms of hikes, bench and soon they will start firing for cost cutting. Look at the share how it fell so be cautious. All the top management sold shares worth millions. It's clear that they also know it will be roller coaster ride this year

I work at Epam. Getting into a project is tough here at Epam . It has 1 internal round and 1 client round. Client rounds are generally tough. Also recently i have seen lot of people on bench. Of ourse once you are in project it's good.

Epam is better than witch companies in terms of pay , project quality but it doesn’t have job security and getting into client project is tough with higher standards of client interview

Don't go to epam there are lot of people sitting on bench they don't have much projects people are getting out from projects ,even people who are good enough are struggling ,i myself used the offer to go somewhere else ,soon they will fire above 100 A3 people are on bench from Microsoft dept they are pushing them in sdet or support roles they have hired a lot in dec

I worked at epam , i would say as long as you are in project everything goes well, the moment u r on bench the competation gets tougher, as its difficult to get project due to internal round amd client round but one good thing is u will get lot of learning opportunities whn u r on bench
