Got a notification from Honeywell that my application is “under consideration”. Does this mean that it is actually under consideration, as in it didn’t get kicked out by ATS? Or is it just an acknowledgment that it was successfully submitted? It took about 3 business days to get the notification.

I second the base side of Eats ^^ but I wouldn’t say 100% unachievable. I’ve hit most months I’ve been here. Quota is very challenging though, definitely gotten lucky several times.
I’m an Account Manager on the Eats Side, base comp is around 55-110 depending on the city and level. No additional commission opportunities, but yearly bonus is based on personal and company performance and ranges from 3-15k (level dependent too). Performance is measured on KPIs around marketing and restaurant health, these KPIs are very achievable.
From what I’ve seen, AMs seem to have much less stress and a much longer tenure at Uber than most Sales Reps.
Meh that’s light work if you actually want the job. It took me an hour and a half to make my presentation while watching Netflix and 30 minutes to present it to the panel. Didn’t want to do it but I’m glad I did because this is the best job I’ve ever had.
I work there currently. On the Uber Eats side. Currently looking elsewhere. The base is okay, 35-45 ALL LOCATION based. The sales goals are 100% unachievable
I was dramatic on 100% unachievable. Many of my coworkers haven’t been hitting their bonus. If you don’t hit 70% attainment you don’t get paid your bonus. I’ve only been here for two months but been in the industry for coming up on two years.
Last week on my introductory call for AM, the recruiter stated the base salary is 35K
Yeah, I heard comp is pretty low.
Edit: Uber is a pretty awful company. They recently ended forced arbitration and have the goal of replacing car ownership entirely.
The low salary is not new to me. But thanks for the additional information. Never heard about it.
You guys were right… just had a call with a recruiter for an AM position .. base was 50-60k.
I hit quota MoM. It’s not that tough. Just sign good restaurants
