- Currently working at a Bank. I'm a British Indian and have got 11 overall years of experience working across the Big 4 firms.
- Skills are DORA, GDPR, NIST, GRC, Enterprise Risk Management, IT Internal Audit, and IT SoX
- Industry Financial Services and Non financial Services
- CISA certified
- Pursuing CRISC

Are ppl worried about being on the bench esp when there aren’t a lot of projects in the pipeline? New hire here about to be up for staffing for the first time and sentiment at my firm seems to be worried/fearful about being unstaffed. Is it actually worrisome to be on the bench in this environment or is this just a product of highly ambitious over achievers worrying about not being constantly utilized?

how do you guys maintain energy during busy season? I feel like I am always tired and still have lots to do.

Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. Before taking FMLA for 12 weeks I was a top performer. Any advice from those that also live with bipolar disorder, or advice on a potentially a less stressful position to ease out of sales? I have a financial audit background (4 years Big-4), 1,5 year in deal advisory (half year financial due diligence department, 1 year valuation department). Does someone have information about Kearney Dubai. Would be highly interested in getting some insights about team events, benefits besides salary as well as hotels or flight classes. 

I'm currently in a process for senior associate at a Big4. The process began on July, yet between the first and second interview it took like 3-4 weeks. And between the 2nd and 3rd like 7 weeks. I sent an email to HR during those weeks asking for an update and didn't have an answer. Then it a 3rd one was scheduled three times (the manager didn't connect to the first 2) and next week I have the last interview with 1 partner. Is the timing normal? Or were they looking for other candidates or what?
